Baby Registry

Well, we finally registered last weekend, Feb. 10th. We were going to wait a little longer, but the next 3 weekends were already full and by then it would be March.
We basically made a day of it, starting at Target and ending at Babies-R-Us. Target seemed like it wouldn't be so hard, since it has just one section of baby stuff. Oh, but don't let that fool you...J and I still had our moments of "disagreement"...In the end we felt like we had found some important items, especially the diapers!! After lunch we made our way to the BIG store...Babies-R-Us. What we didn't realize at the time was that every second Saturday of the month they have what I like to think of as a "baby fair" for parents...certain things are on sale, or they offer certain incentives, etc. It was a mad house. After getting our list of "things you need as new parents" we started on one side of the mega store just looking around. It wasn't completely overwhelming because we've had several friends help us out (since they recently went through the same situation). Thankfully we were more calm and focused and we were able to register for the main items we had already discussed...plus a few fun things!
